I recently completed Reiki 2 with Lisa, it was a fun and life changing day. I felt the level of energy and heat in my hands rise significantly from reiki 1. Since then, I have been using reiki every day on myself, on other people, places, events, illnesses, the list is endless!!

I didn't realize the extent of healing that it could offer: sending reiki to past, present and future events. Reiki has helped ease some worries and make me more aware of my life purpose. Lisa is an open, enthusiastic and compassionate teacher who encourages going with your own guidance and intuition, as well as using the traditional symbols etc. She also keeps things light with a good dose of humour! I had cut myself in a terrible accident right above my ankle about two months ago, and the swelling has not gone down in all that time. Even though I have kidney problems, the doctor felt that the swelling needed to go down, and put me on diuretics. That didn't help either. Reiki WORKS! 'There has been real progress in my life! I first noticed a shift in my consciousness when I confronted an old negative thinking pattern I sometimes fell into. I think booster attunements can really be powerful and create deep shifts within us even if we have been attuned before. Lisa recently did all the levels of attunement on me up to master level although I already had reiki 3 from many years ago. I found the experience life-changing in that I moved up to the next level in terms of personal growth. I was weary for about a month, in a good way, but after that felt happier, more focused and generally had more ease and comfort in myself than before.

I really want to say thank-you for last nights class. My fear was not being > good enough and it was really holding me back in what I want to do. When we scanned our bodies the left side of my nose (ego and identity on the feminine side) started to itch a LOT. It was the last thing I expected. I now understand how events in my life caused me to feel much lesser than, as a woman. And its gone now. Wow, this is amazing. Thank-you Karen, and thank-you Lisa, you are both so wonderful. I felt that you both planned the series well. The exchanges were helpful because not everyone thinks the same way and it is beneficial to hear what's going on with someone else. A light bulb went on when you mentioned to take the gratitude away from you…the further out the better, who's the next person involved, and then the next, all the way down the line and then you'll see how we're all connected. I never looked at it that way nor do I think I would have ever thought of it. A special thank you for that. I really liked the classes and learned something new each session. I so loved it. I do a lot of work on myself via Landmark but as this focused more on meditation and spiritual guidance it was a perfect balance! I loved the structure with the grounding/opening meditation, the lesson and the discussion following the reading. I also loved that we had the 5 minute break for tea, hot chocolate, etc - and the gratitude exercise brought me to tears even though I completed it via recording. Thank you for the work you do!
