Guided Meditation Class
Meditation is one of the most useful tools for our Spiritual well-being, enabling us to explore our own inner wisdom to find the answers in all things.
Unfortunately, so often people think they can't meditate, because of the laundry list of thoughts that enter their mind while they are trying to be still. Meditation is about "being" not "doing" and the good news is there are many types of meditative practices that can help calm the mind in order to create a better practice.
In this class, we learn various techniques through guided meditation to help springboard you on your meditative journey, which in turn will help you on your path of Awakening to understanding the voice of Spirit.
While every class may be slightly different, it may include a grounding meditation, chakra clearing meditation, breathing meditation, mantra meditation, and so on.
All levels of practitioners are welcome to practice.
